The Greater Ouachita Port has over 9,000 feet of heavy rail on-site. This includes one full double-track unit-train loop and another shorter double-track loop. Ouachita Terminals has developed a network of access roads throughout the facility to allow for the efficient movement of truck traffic into, out of, and within the facility. The port sits at Mile Marker 164 on the west bank of the Ouachita River. The river is maintained with a guaranteed draft of 9 feet in a 150-foot channel.

The Greater Ouachita Port is the only facility inside a 200-mile radius with full or empty container handling capabilities.

Ouachita Terminals has the ability to load or unload very heavy project cargo being moved to industrial facilities by water.
